You might want to have a doctor look at that.

By the way, thanks so much for everyone's patience and understanding concerning the update schedule. I feel bad that I dangled the idea of more frequent updates over everyone's heads and then didn't deliver, but I honestly didn't expect to be as busy as I am currently.

Rest assured, though, that this comic is a priority for me and will keep updating on its regular schedule of twice weekly, barring any extremely extenuating circumstances. I'm glad folks were so enthusiastic about the idea of more frequent updates, but unfortunately that just does not look like it will be happening any time soon.

However, if, at some point in the future, things quiet down enough that I do think I can manage a more frequent update schedule, I will definitely go for it. :)

He must've trained so hard, his hair fell out.
All he needs to do is keep up his routine of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and 10km running every single day.

You'd think one would need something to reflect off of the head in order for that to properly work. Than again, Pokemon logic.

@ZHODY the delfinator: 1) Yep!

2) Thanks!

3) I couldn't resist.

D'aww poor dunsparce. </3

@Sanji: Pokemon sure have to deal with some strange humans.

@Surfersquid: Isn't that the truth. 8'D

Yay, a Gastly! :D I never used to like Gastly very much until I caught one in Red and he became part of my main team. Now they're one of my favorites :)

And I know bald men's heads will reflect light, but this is ridiculous!

Don't feel bad about the updates. I understand that you're busy, and whenever you do update is fine for me! :)

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: And...wait...he's not bald, just with very short hair...

Reply Surfersquid, September 1st, 2016, 4:50 pm

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: It's funny how the Pokemon we use tend to end up being our favorites. :) There aren't many main-series games where you can catch a Ghost-type before the first Gym, and I've never raised a Gastly, so I decided to give it a shot!

Well, I guess if his hair's shaved really short, enough of the scalp will show through that it will still be shiny? Orrrrr he's radioactive, I dunno.

Reply ReaderWriterNerd&Geek (Guest), September 1st, 2016, 7:29 pm

@Surfersquid: You've never raised a Gastly?! :O But they're so fun! LOL. And yeah, all the Pokemon in my main team are now my favorites, even though I didn't really think much of them at first.

...I think I prefer the first option. XD

Reply Surfersquid, September 1st, 2016, 7:31 pm

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: That's the nice thing about playing through these games again--it gives me the chance to go adventuring with Pokemon I've never raised before! Trying to figure out my party is a big part of the fun.

@Surfersquid: Totally! :) I want to get our Crystal version's save battery replaced so I can go on my own Johto adventure, knowing a few more things about raising Pokemon than I did before, and maybe putting more thought into my party than just "These are the guys who know the HMs that'll work". XD

Reply Surfersquid, September 5th, 2016, 10:27 am

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: I hope you can get that battery replaced! I love the Gen II games and I'm having so much fun playing through my Silver Version again.

Reply ReaderWriterNerd&Geek (Guest), September 5th, 2016, 11:06 am

@Surfersquid: Thanks! I hope so too, it seems like a lot of fun :)

Reply Sanji (Guest), September 6th, 2016, 3:35 pm

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: It wasn't until Gen 4 that I started paying attention to the other pokemon on my team other than HMs. 8'V

Reply ReaderWriterNerd&Geek (Guest), September 6th, 2016, 4:14 pm

@Sanji: It's just so convenient to haul around the Pokemon that can fly you to any town, get you across that large body of water, and cut down those annoying little trees in your way. X)

Reply Sanji (Guest), September 6th, 2016, 11:10 pm

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: I know right? 8'D

Reply ReaderWriterNerd&Geek (Guest), September 7th, 2016, 11:32 am

@Sanji: Of course, you can use HMs over and over, so there's no excuse for not switching up your party till it works, but, eh, I'm lazy XD

Reply Sanji (Guest), September 7th, 2016, 4:24 pm

@ReaderWriterNerd&Geek: I end up basing my party around which pokemon can learn HMs X'D

Reply ReaderWriterNerd&Geek (Guest), September 11th, 2016, 9:59 am

@Sanji: Yes XD
